Return & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your Fig & Cactus purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return or exchange it by contacting us within 14 days of delivery, and send it back to us within 30 days of delivery. We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will try to help.

We will process the refund or exchange within a couple of days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notification once this is processed. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

When making a return please be aware of the following:

  • Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable
  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with any returns

We check all of our items carefully to ensure they are in pristine condition before sending. Our throws are traditionally loom woven, which means the threads are delicate and can snag or separate. We are unable to accept returns of items damaged through use.

If you have any concerns about your item please get in touch with us at Figandcactusdesigns@gmail.com and we will try to find a resolution. 

International returns

  • Customers in countries outside of the UK are responsible for all costs associated with any returns, unless the product is damaged
  • If you receive a damaged item, we will refund the delivery cost of returning it once it has arrived back with us
  • When returning an item you should retain proof of postage from your shipper, as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition: unused, and in the original packaging
  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exchange for orders outside the UK. Instead, please return your items for a refund and place a new order
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable
  • Your statutory rights are not affected
